Flats are available from 2 pm. Luggage may be left by guests arriving early subject to prior arrangement with the proprietors.

Flats must be vacated by 10 am for cleaning. If required, luggage may be left for a short period.

The Sun Lounge is available to all guests. 

Front door and flat keys are provided. 

Free hot water. 

All flats have their own shower and toilet, cooker and fridge, electric fire, and colour TV with Freeview, etc.

Everything provided, with the exception of soap, towels and tea towels. 

All flats are separately metered with £1 coin meters.

We offer a smoke free environment.
