•  Flats are available from 2 pm on Saturday of arrival (Luggage may be left by guests arriving early subject to prior arrangement with the proprietors)

•  Flats must be vacated at 10 am on Saturday of departure

•  Flats are priced for two people. Any additional person is charged at £30 per week

•  A deposit of a minimum of £40 per flat per week is required per week on booking.

•  BALANCE IN CASH PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL

•  We are proud of our standards of comfort and cleanliness and we request that occupants co-operate in preserving these standards by leaving the apartments in a clean and tidy condition.

•  The proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for valuables left in the flat.

•  The occupants may receive guests in the flat only with the prior consent of the proprietors who have the right to refuse.

•  For the comfort of other guests undue noise is discouraged at all times
